Rental rates and conditions

The cottages are available for rent all year and prices shown are fully inclusive,apart from the special long-term low season stays as indicated.The inclusive prices include electricity,wood and cooking gas,also 100% cotton bedlinen,teatowels and bathmats.Clients bring their own towels.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking,the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival,together with a returnable breakage deposit of £100.Prices are in euros,but payment can be made in the sterling equivalent.N.B.A 10% discount is offered if both cottages are taken.During peak season a 10% discount is offered if a cottage is occupied by 2 people only.
Prices per week are as follows:

Low season - November to April - 200 euros

Mid season - May and October - 300 euros

High season - June to mid-July and September - 600 euros

Peak season - mid-July to end August - 900 euros
N.B.Special rates for low season long-term stays (minimum 4 weeks) - 125 euros per week plus bills.Client pays separately for wood,electricity and cooking gas according to usage. **** Pets accepted during low season .
